GraceLyn Group is Hiring Relational Behavioral Support Staff at $22.00-$24.00/hr.
A Relational Behavioral Support Staff would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing proactive positive support and behavioral crisis intervention strategies. We are seeking Relational Behavioral Support Staff who are experienced in modeling and mentoring healthy relationship skills (healthy boundaries, assertive behavior, personal responsibility). Physical intervention capabilities required (manual holds, walking briskly/jogging, using blocking equipment) as well as being available to attend weekly behavioral support meetings.

Your responsibilities would include:
- Implementing person-centered outcomes
- Engaging in personal development and leadership program
- Confidently applying crisis prevention and intervention strategies
- Adhering to medication administration standards
- Developing positive and healthy relationships with the residents and staff
- Teaching and mentoring in daily living skills
- Consistently completing documentation
- Demonstrating competency in all required training
