Your entry into leadership could occur at any level of GraceLyn Group. From direct support staff to managerial oversight, we are often hiring for one or more positions. All positions gain access to the same top-level leadership training.
GraceLyn Group is Hiring Relational Behavioral Support Staff at $22.00-$24.00/hr.
A Relational Behavioral Support Staff would have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing proactive positive support and behavioral crisis intervention strategies. We are seeking Relational Behavioral Support Staff who are experienced in modeling and mentoring healthy relationship skills (healthy boundaries, assertive behavior, personal responsibility). Physical intervention capabilities required (manual holds, walking briskly/jogging, using blocking equipment) as well as being available to attend weekly behavioral support meetings.

We equip and support all staff who work at GraceLyn Group to be positive influencers and relational leaders. Personal growth and leadership training is foundational to your position. Attending and participating in our training program (masterclasses, mentoring, coaching) is requisite.
All positions do include working some weekends and holidays.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Implementing person-centered outcomes
- Engaging in personal development and leadership program
- Confidently applying crisis prevention and intervention strategies
- Adhering to medication administration standards
- Developing positive and healthy relationships with the residents and staff
- Teaching and mentoring in daily living skills
- Consistently completing documentation
- Demonstrating competency in all required training

Employment at GraceLyn Group comes with automatic enrollment in a cutting edge relational leadership training program. This program was created specifically to equip people working in social services with the relationship, leadership, and communication skills they need to be industry leaders. Completion of the program culminates in certification as a relational leader.
